She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Psychology from Antioch University. Cindy is a Licensed Mental Health counselor in Washington. Cindy has worked creating programs for mental health and court involved individuals for several counties, courts, sheriff departments and Agencies in Washington since 1998.

Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State and has decades of experience in emergency Mental Health, corrections mental health, and managing behavioral health care for a large medical insurance company.

Leslie has expertise in serving a wide range of disabled clients and is an excellent resource for community programs.

Trust ManagerSarah was born and raised in Wisconsin before moving to Southern California to attend college. It was there that she met her husband and they slowly moved their way up the west coast, finally settling in Bellingham, where they have lived for 8 years. Sarah has over 15 years of experience in customer service, business management and bookkeeping. In her spare time, she volunteers as the Enrichment Coordinator at her children’s elementary school. She also loves hiking all the trails Whatcom County has to offer and knitting.

Veronika holds a degree in Culinary Arts and spends most of her free time in the kitchen making up new recipes. When she isn't working in the kitchen, she is curled up with her cat and a good book.

HazelOffice Greeter ...In Memoriam
Hazel is a purebred Cardigan Corgi. She has very short legs and a winning smile. She holds an honorary degree in Office Greetings. Hazel typically lays low around the office but has exceptional skill in chasing squirrels, knowing when it's lunchtime, and figuring out who might have treats in their desk. ***Hazel passed away at the end of 2023. She will be our forever friend and we all miss her very much.
